U19s qualified for Elite Round

U19 National Team coached by Ogün Temizkanoğlu reached Elite Round of UEFA U19 European Championship. The qualifying round was hosted by Luxembourg Football Association and Turkish National Team beat Germany and Moldova and draw against Luxembourg.

In the final match of the group Turkey beat Germany thanks to goals from İsmail Haktan Odabaşı and Mustafa Olcaytu Ergen on 31 and 46. minutes.

Germany finished the group in second place thanks to wins against Luxembourg and Moldova.

On the last matchday Moldova beat Luxembourg 2-1 to record their first points of the group however this was not enough to secure a qualifying spot.
