The match was played in Sportplatz Vinnenweg Stadium and Germany's goals came from Max Meyer (Min. 20), Rahman Buğra Çağıran (Min. 29) (OG), Said Benkarit (Min. 74) and Felix Lohkemper (Min. 79).

In the day's other match of the group, Portugal drew against Bulgaria 0-0.
